"Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Very comfortable bed"

Only thing was black water coming out of bath tap. This was resolved by running the tap full blast for a few minutes

"Comfortable city centre hotel."

Convenient for city centre and local transport. Excellent breakfast.

With window open, very noisy from Broad Street outside. Not a fault of the hotel.
