Little dirty

I was told that the person called in sick. So, no breakfast at all, would expect a refund on this as breakfast and this was included in the price and I had to buy breakfast. No shuttle service as advertised, had to take a taxi from the airport also need a refund on this. Room/carpet/furniture dirty and smelly. No coffee/tee facilities. Fridge needs to be defrosted. Airconditioning dirty and not working. Open wires hanging from the wall, Bedding and towels has been used before. I have taken photos of all the above and I have a whiteness that will confirm I had to take a taxi and the room condition. Phone in room is not working.

There was nothing to like not even coffee/tee in my room. NOTHING!!!

ROACHES!!! I placed my food in the microwave in my room to warm it up. When I opened the microwave door, two roaches ran out. Needless to say, I immediately lost my appetite and had to throw my food away — including a full slab of ribs and a baked potato. Later that night, I woke up to use the restroom and turned on the light, only to discover roaches everywhere. They were in the sink, on the counter, climbing the walls, on the floor, and even in the bathtub. The conditions were absolutely unacceptable and made it impossible for me to feel comfortable or go back to sleep. Due to the unsanitary and unsafe conditions, I checked out around 8:30 a.m. and left the property early. I am requesting a full refund for my stay. In addition to the severe pest issue, the hotel appears to be in desperate need of maintenance and fumigation. The main exterior door does not close or lock properly, which presents a serious safety and security concern. The room key cards only work for guest rooms, and there are apparently no functioning locks or key access for the outer doors. I also passed through the breakfast area in the morning and found no food or coffee available. At that point, however, I was too disturbed by the conditions to eat or drink anything. This was an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. I used to enjoy staying at this hotel, but the condition of the property has drastically declined. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

Front desk was on a personal call on speaker when we checked in and the person on the other line was using a lot of profanity. The staff just stayed on the phone while checking us in. Also there was a very musty smell on the floor we were in and the down button on the elevator didn't work.

This hotel has good internet and good hot water pressure in the shower. There's so much improvement needed at this hotel. Most notable is the breakfast, or shall I say, lack of it. There was no coffee, and we arrived to just two slices of bread. We had to ask for plates. The food cases were empty. There was an employee there in charge of breakfast, and he just stood around and watched all the while grinning. It was super odd. There was not coffee in the room despite there being a coffee maker. There were several missing ice machines. The rooms smell very musty. The lampshade was torn. Lots of cleanliness is needed as well at this place.

Room was clean. Location was good. Close proximity to Walmart.

Breakfast was sparse. There was no meat option left when we went down and the employee told us the waffle iron didnt work because guests wouldn't follow direction and spray it before pouring in batter. There was no out of order sign on the waffle iron to indicate a problem with it. We were told the meat option was out due to the guests before us eating too much and new management not allowing him to make enough. Overall it felt lazy to me.
