"Comfortable stay"

This DoubleTree has a very accommodating and response staff. Every time I have stayed here the experience is nice. When passing through CLT, I prefer staying here. For instance, I had to extend my room using points this stay. I went down and after briefly talking with Victoria, the front desk supervisor, she said my room was not changed and she already linked the two reservations. This never has happened that quickly, it usually a 10-15 minute process at other locations. This particular time it was less than 3 minutes. The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant/bar is great on days when driving for food seems like a taunting task after traveling. A pleasant hotel to stay at.

Their were no complimentary breakfast options The food on the buffet looked old and picked over. We got to breakfast at 7:30 no excuse for it to look that way. We decided to order off the menu food still wasn’t good

Upon checking in the front desk could not help me with app for parking, we arrived to the room no blankets for the pull out I called the front desk they had no pillows or bit gave us 1 sheet and 1 thin blanket!!!! we could use for the pull- sofa we used the AC barley worked.
