"Never stayed at any hotel where the shower did not work."

Location to the airport

Shower did not work and the staff knew this but still gave us the room. Our neighbors got the same room the night before and the shower was not working then as well.

However, the dining experience was underwhelming on both occasions — dinner and breakfast — and didn’t quite match expectations. The hotel benefits from good transport links, with a short and straightforward shuttle ride to the airport, making it convenient for travellers. "Rude employees."

This hotel is filthy! No hot water in hotel. The assistant general manager was nasty , rude and unprofessional. The van driver was very rude and unprofessional on 4/5/2026.
