"Convenient and Friendly"

We stayed one night each before and after our cruise. This hotel is right in the heart of shopping, dining and the beach. We were geocaching around the area and felt very safe. Mike, the concierge, was friendly as was Jesse at the front desk. It can be noisy on the weekend nights due to the nearby bars. The hotel is utilitarian but gets the job done.

"Very noisey neighbourhood"

We could drop off our bags earlier. The hotel is in the centre of the city. We had a big room with kitchen facilities.

The noise outside the windows was terrible, as there are many night clubs close by. It was not possible to sleep at all. The breakfast was very simple, really continental. The receptionist was responding to our questions, but he was not engaged at all. The room was very old furnished and used. The queen beds were more like king single beds.

"Is all set up . Maintenance guy has to do this show , then say not enough freon in the system, SORRY…"

Great location . All what you need nearby

Upon arrival there was a guy that already assigned what room you will be assigned ( could tell) a/c no work, there was a fun already a/c remote did not work, maintenance guy came over replaced a/c battery and so on you can tell is all arranged. So had to sleep with no a/c . WHY JUST SAID THERE IS NO A/C

The hotel has excellent facilities and great value for the price. Mr. ASHIIRA the room and service manager is very nice and helpful. A great place to stay in Honolulu waikiki.

The location is nice and very close to the restaurants and just a walking distance from the beach

"Who closes a pool at 7?"

Breakfast was boring. Same small selection every single day. Toast, cereal, plain donut,Fruit (usually grapes) and yogurt. The room was clean but dated and musty. The fan in the bathroom didn't work.We were up on the 7&8th floors so it was quiet. The pool was nice but it closes at 7! The Koi fish pond area was beautiful but reserved for the smokers. I spent a lot of time there anyway.
