"Buyer be aware of mysterious charges appearing on your credit card."

I booked this reservation on booking.com and canceled within the cancellation window. Yet a mysterious hotel charge has showed up on my credit card. Why and how did this happen? Luckily I have email proof from booking.com that I cancelled in time. I’m sure the staff and facilities are quite nice. The reservation system and inappropriate charges are not. The staff were mostly friendly. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

The room appeared clean however there was a very rank smell in the kitchen cupboards and sink that permeated the whole room. The noise at night from the street made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The pool was very small but was closed for the majority of our stay anyway. On our departure day the housekeeper was rude to my daughter. There were mites or fleas in the room that attacked us leaving us covered in bites. Breakfast was not inviting at all. It was crowded and the options were very limited.

"2 Star Hotel"

This hotel is definitely a 2 star hotel. Gives the feel of staying in like Motel 6. Food trucks create noise all day and there are homeless people all over the place. Staff very friendly And they have a park where you can take your dog behind the hotel
