Hotel Majestic

Location

There was an issue with an employee following me up to my room, then an hour later knocking on my door for 10 min. When I confronted him later he made up some strange story of why. I packed my bags & looked for another place immediately. Unfortunately it was evening so I barricaded myself in as the door only had the one general lock. Management please feel free to reach out to me so I can tell you the month/date/time do you can remove this creepy employee.

Solo la location è comoda rispetto a dove dovevamo muoverci in città, per il resto tutto veramente pessimo, sotto standard per qualsiasi città del mondo.....

Una delle peggiori colazioni incontrate in qualsiasi viaggio anche in paesi molto degradati. Al limite del pericolo sanitario e per la salute... uova di dubbia provenienza, un thermos di caffè e poco altro. Nemmeno una fetta di prosciutto cotto o bacon. Muffin che sembravano o crudi o scaduti. Una colazione assolutamente inaccettabile. Spero che le autorità sanitarie di San Francisco facciano un controllo su questa struttura. Stanze sporche, odore pessimo in tutte le zone comuni della struttura. Personale poco attento e scortese. Pulizie in camera non fatte nell'arco di intere giornate perche alle 16 staccava il personale e se non avevano completato il lavoro non fregava niente a nessuno.

I like the room - it was clean and spacious

The breakfast! It was sorely disappointing as it had so much carbs and just a small egg omelet and cheese slice in the middle or a hard boil egg.. there was no bacon or sausage or baked beans - typical stuff you will see at the breakfast bar. So it was extremely disappointing to see what they had.. it was bread, waffles, cereal.. too much carbs!

Very friendly staff and nice old building with lots of history.

Air fresheners were a bit much, and the mattress was a little bouncy but we had a great 6 nights there.

le petit dejeuner est un peu leger. Il faudrait le renforcer!

I loved this Victorian hotel! My room was spacious, with a queen-size 1/4-canopy bed, high ceilings, crystal chandelier, carved wood wardrobe, claw-foot bathtub and easy chair. Breakfast was very good too. Bus stop across the street.

Wish they served bacon at breakfast. Some of the wallpaper is starting to peel in my room. I had trouble with the tv but the desk clerk sent someone up to help me. Would have appreciated some basic written instructions and a channel guide.
