Old style hotel. Nice suite. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast. Nice touch of the free water bottles and free biscuits to be taken. I am sure it was an excellent hotel years ago as it really has the feeling of it.

The entrance of the hotel needs to be updated as it really does not give the feeling of a 4* hotel. Please remove the dead plants/trees and clean the entrance, as it is very dusty. The main door needs to be repainted. The windows in the Herbal suite need to be cleaned outside and the net curtains need to be changed and please change the shutters, as they are really in a bad state. Window frames need to be change too as you hear the noise from the traffic outside. Lucky that there is not lots of traffic at night time. Doing all of this I would have given a 10 to the room.
