Quality Inn Colorado Springs Airport

Breakfast was great! My first stay here and my expectations were exceeded in every dynamic. Felt at home here.

Booking.Com has not removed the fact that this hotel does not offer shuttle to the airport, reception said they have told them and Priceline to update the info but they have refused to do so. I needed a shuttle to the airport and stayed here because I read it was an option. The swimming pool area was extremely strong with heat and chlorine smell. Was very hard to breathe in there needs to be fresh air I suggest prop the sliding door to the patio open to help ventilate. The pool was very cloudy did not look clean.

The bed was comfy and they had a hot tub(although I got cannonballed by a 5 year old 6 times)

There was a bug in the bathroom The bathroom had no counter space to set anything so I had to keep it on the desk at the other end of the bedroom. The shower had a shower chair, cool I guess, but no surface to keep the soap or other items so I had to put soap either on the floor, or on the seat of the shower chair, ew When checking in, the hotel said we no-showed and they canceled our reservation when we got snowed in the night before and called to shorten our stay. They made us call booking.com ourselves and sit in the lobby for hours until we figured it out. I didn't feel like she wanted to help and definitely didn't empathize. It was exhausting.

It was loud, dingy, overpriced, there was a hidden $200 deposit, the facilities didn’t work, the hot tub and shower were cold.
