"Won’t stay there again unless you pay me"

Had to wait for maintenance to find someone to check me in. No towels. No toilet paper. The door to the bathroom looked like someone punched it. The grout in the bathroom was falling apart .had to follow someone room to room to find towels of which were stained

The correct deposit was not listed on the site I booked so was made to double it when I arrived and the lady who checked me in charged the dame card when I specifically told her I wanted to do the deposit and room payment with 2 separate cards when negatively impacted my bank account.
