Quality Inn Colorado Springs Airport

The pool and hot tub were good, we went late and there were no towels but I’m assuming there usually are. Shower was also really good and overall quiet even though it was a packed hotel!

It was good, only negative comment is there was some moldy bread at breakfast, but that happens to the best of us…

The pillows are too soft they go completely flat when you lay down. The shower curtain doesn’t properly cover the tub so water gets on the floor when you shower. Whatever they mop the bathroom with leaves a residue that becomes extremely slippery when wet. So the bathroom becomes very unsafe. The ice machine doesn’t work. Several food and drink items ran out during their breakfast service and the staff refused to replenish when asked.

Everything truly is great. Comfy bed, large room with mini fridge/ freezer, microwave, desk and rolling chair. The bathroom and tub are beautiful and clean and comfortable, with hair dryer. Good flat screen smart TV, closet with iron and board. Heat and air conditioning worked great. Lovely hot and cold breakfast with free tea, coffee and water 24/7 and hot and cold snacks and drinks at a great price. Pool and jacuzzi indoor with towels, lounge chairs and table and chairs in big room with tall ceilings and big windows. Also outdoor patio with tables and chairs and trees. Staff is lovely and sweet. Yes sweet. Just be kind to service people it goes a long way. We really love this hotel, one of the best at this price point.

Road noise from Powers/hwy 21. But not too bad if room air or fan is on and best is at pool end. No elevator for 2nd floor for those who might need it FYI. Wasn't a problem for us.

Staff friendly, property clean and quiet.

I was down 30 min before the end of breakfast and nothing was left. Waffle batter empty, no fruit, only a few sausage left from hot options and a couple pieces of bread for toast. My only other option was cold cereal. I asked if there was any refills on items and was told no. Another guest asked if juice was available and was slso told no. Another asked for bananas. They produced 4 which she took. Very disappointing. They should've just closed the doors to the room.

I've stayed at this hotel several times (20 + times) and I am always respectful and clean up before I leave the room. The last time I stayed they wanted a 200 dollar deposit! I will never stay here again.
