"Never staying here again"

The only good thing was clean sheets and towels.

Dingy hall way, lights flickering, BATHROOM FLOOR DROPPING A HALF INCH WHEN YOU STEP ON IT, people BBQ in the parking lot, lots of people staying there eating breakfast like vultures. I booked through booking .com and apparently the virtual card you send to the hotel wouldn’t work. I stood in the lobby over and hour waiting for it to get resolved. The hotel manager told me to call booking .com even tho I had a confirmation email and charge. I was exhausted and very unhappy with the experience.
