Lack of privacy in a room Extra unexpected charge

At a higher price point then some hotels, I had higher expectations for this one. This hotel did not dissappoint!. Trevor at the front desk was amazing upon check in. The room was modern, clean and spacious. Tons of room for the two of us to spread out. We dined twice at the restaurant on site, once for dinner and once for the breakfast buffet. Food was amazing both times, as was the service. Valet parking was super easy and convenient. The location of the hotel was within a quick walk to Scotiabank arena which was why we were there. I look forward to staying here again!!

There was no consideration or accommodation made for my friends and I when we stayed. The hotel might be good for convenience and basics were met but the service was minimal and the staff rude. The breakfast buffet was terrible for the price.

La localisation dans le centre-ville de Toronto, à une distance de marche des principaux lieux d’intérêt. Le personnel aussi, très convivial. Enfin la literie, toujours unique dans les hôtels Mariotte bonvoy.

Great location, great staff and the sportsnet lounge was a great place to end the evenings.

The carpet design on level 2 looks like someone scrubbed it with lye. The room was average, expectations were a little higher for the location and price point.
