A good central Bergen hotel within walking distance of major tourist spots. We had a lovely room although the step up into the bathroom was a little odd. Although breakfast was good the space is overwhelmed at times and very loud as many coach parties stay. A parking discount is offered in the nearby public parking garage

Udsigten fra det værelse, vi endte med at få, samt den centrale beliggenhed.

Vi måtte kæmpe lidt for meget for faktisk at få et værelse med de kvaliteter, vi havde specifikt tilkøbt. Det lykkedes først i 3. forsøg. Ikke en stemningsskabende start på et ophold.

Hotellet ligger sentralt og rammene er gode. Grunnen til at opplevelsen ble dårlig var at det ikke er dør inn til badet på rom 855. Vi var 2 voksne damer på tur og det ødela mye av opplevelsen når man må gå ut av rommet ved den andres toalettbesøk. Uakseptabelt å booke oss på rom uten dør til toalett. Vi ga tydelig beskjed i resepsjonen men ingenting skjedde.
