L’ hotel è situato direttamente sulla spiaggia di copacabana. La reception e la hall sono belle e profumate. La colazione è molto ricca. Staff disponibile.

Foto della camera non rappresentative. Le pareti della camera non sono insonorizzate, il bagno non era molto pulito, i mobili della camera erano usurati. Servizio lavanderia veramente oneroso. All’interno dell’hotel c’è un ATM, su 170€ prelevati mi è stato applicato 50€ di commissione. In un giorno di pioggia ho chiesto un semplice sacco di plastica dell’immondizia per ripararmi, non sono stato in grado di darmelo. Il giorno del check out mi è stato comunicato che ero cliente dell’hotel e se volevo potevo usufruire del bagno di cortesia: un bagno disabili con una doccia di fortuna dove la porta non si chiudeva nemmeno. Sicuramente mi aspetto di più da un 4 stelle.

Achei tudo muito antigo. O meu quarto era extremamente pequeno O chuveiro não funcionava adequadamente O ar condicionado estava com problema Tudo muito velho Reclamei e me mudaram para uma quarto maior, mas também antigo e com a tv quebrada. Trocaram mas não resolveram
