Staff is nice but besides that, nothing about the hotel was good.

Absolutely awful. The shower was terrible, with barely any water pressure, and the few drops that did come out shot in every different direction. On top of that, the drains were completely clogged, so taking a shower meant the stall instantly flooded like a bathtub. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches in the room every single day. The Wi-Fi never worked—not even enough to send a simple message—and every recommendation from the staff turned out to be a bust. This place is way too expensive for what you actually get. The only saving graces were the collection and the fact that the staff was nice.

La taille de la chambre, la propreté et le personnel

Il y avait des travaux à la piscine ce qui rendait le solarium indisponible avec le nuisances sonores qui vont avec, Je n’ai pas cette information au moment de la réservation. Par ailleurs l’insonorisation des chambres est catastrophique, on entend autant les voisins que les bars et voitures dans la rue Le petit déjeuner est à revoir également choix très limité
