"Stay away it's awful."

This is the worst hotel ever. Business trip with many others here and it's literally less than a one star experience. Staff is miserable. Toilet doesn't work and I've reported it 3 times with them showing up and doing nothing. I'm told no other options for changing rooms. Oh yeah and I'm a Diamond member and they act like they are doing me a favor by letting me stay here. I will NEVER stay here again. The food at the buffet is awful, bar closes at 10 and they scream at you to leave the lobby. Front desk hung up on me when I called for 3rd time about the toilet. If I could give them a negative 5 I would.

"Very helpful staff"

I want to give a huge shout out to desk clerk Mikitia! She helped me figure out my bill and put my mind at ease. I could have HUGGED her for her help!!!! Our room was beautiful, and the bedroom was so nice and quiet. The breakfast bar is also over the top--I fell in love with the cinnamon-infused waffles. The only criticism I would have is the parking fee. That seems unnecessary.

We were driving through and needed a place to stay, but if I had to come back to that area for anything other than a drive through town, I would definitely consider staying again.
