"The stay and breakfast was really nice checking out was far better than checking in"

Breakfast was wonderful

Book new third party have some problems where I was charged twice when checking in I was treated like a third party when the hotel was the one I'm charged my card just because I booked through third party I should be treated as though I booked directly through the hotel treatment should be the same The next day the hotel manager was very nice and took good care of the situation I met her and her assistant

The location was great

I told front desk that the toilet was something wrong they said while we were out saturday they would fix it and they didn’t. The constant kids running all over the place and yelling and knocking on random doors was ridiculous and the staff didn’t do anything about it.!!! We stay at Embassy Suites a lot and this one was by far the worst comfort and unpleasant experience with the kids running and yelling and staff not trying to even stop it! And then the breakfast this was the first embassy suites that I’ve been too that used styrofoam plates flimsy silverware and plastic cups and paper cups for coffee and juice. All the others I’ve been to is proper dinnerware with actual coffee cups!
