The manager was very nice and understanding but my situation

The hotel was not up to my expectations and it was nothing like the pictures online there was already in to renovating the hotel and I just did not like the situation that I was in online they said it had an indoor pool when I got there the pool was closed in and closed down it was about to make a breakfast room so they do not have an indoor pool anymore very disappointing
