Staff was immediately rude, did not want to do her job, and complained about the online reservation, which literally did half of her job for her. She then gave me a key card, and I walked into a room THAT ALREADY HAD SOMEONE IN IT. Walked in to a man drinking while I had my daughter. Also, the pool being closed was not advertised, and her fix was to try to send me to the hotel next door to swim ..in 20 degree weather. I was then moved to the 3rd floor and put in a double queen room, instead of the king suite I had purchased. The room had not been cleaned thoroughly either. Shower was filthy, beds were wrinkled and looked like they were sat or laid on. Also, was charged a full price for a hotel that had lots of work being done to it. Will never stay here again.

Breakfast was okay. Stayed here the last time I was in Columbus - not nearly as good of an experience this time.

Door to our room wouldn’t open. Ozone machine left running in our room. Commode ran constantly. In the city of Columbus and could not watch the Ohio State football game. Exit door next to our room let us out but didn’t work to let us back in. Pool was closed. Very disappointed overall.

"Not what we expected but tolerable"

We didn’t eat there

Hadn’t been impressed by the conditions of the room, it was clean but entrance door was warped( hard to shut or open without force), reading light didn’t work, clock was broken & almost impossible to reach toilet tissue from toilet & lastly the shower chair legs were bent out of shape and didn’t appear safe to sit on but the bed was comfortable an neatly made.
