It was close to downtown

It was dirty and the elevator sounded like it was it was going to drop at any moment.

The location is good and the facilities are decent. My room felt a little dingy and rundown, personally. Also, the bed felt pretty old. The room was clean, though, and I really appreciate that the included breakfast has hot cooked food available (bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs). More and more hotels just put out some packaged muffins, fruit, and cereal for their breakfasts, so it was welcomed to have a hot meal that was more put together and thoughtful.

The bed felt a little old and lumpy, and the room was a bit dingy and outdated. For the price, I thought the actual rooms would be a little nicer.

There was a large clean pool and hot tub. The room was accessible.

The walk to the pool from handicap accessible room was a long walk when walking is difficult, but was manageable.
