The shower did not have hot water, was luke warm at best. The side door in the front corner, you did not have to use your room key to get in, all you had to do was pull the door open. Reported that to the front desk but was not fixed

The room was clean and comfortable except the issue with the shower. I have stayed in this hotel several times in the last 4 years and this is the only time I have been disappointed with my stay

Breakfast was good. The selection was what was expected — eggs, breakfast meat, cereal, and waffle. The room was adequately sized, clean, and bright. The overall rating is based on expectations — it did not exceed.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The 24 hr coffee/water bar is appreciated. We have stayed here many times during our daughter's college time. Always a great stay.

Only issue we had was the toilet had a slow leak and every so often would refill the tank. Other than that, our stay was great.

It’s close to the college and which is nice for when you are visiting students

The night person wasn’t very personable. Almost acted like I was an inconvenience of his time

During football season, they raise the prices over double. Same hotel, same breakfast, same location....it seems like they are taking advantage of football fans.

Facility is nice and clean. Room is clean. Lobby is also inviting.

Hot breakfast stayed the same. Front desk not hospitable, But did adress my concern promptly.
