Four Points by Sheraton Kalamazoo

We chose this hotel because the pictures seemed so pretty online and it was so close to the Wings Arena. The exterior was filled with weeds and hadn't been maintained. While the front staff was very kind, the rooms were not very clean and had maybe been had some recent renovation but left large pockets between wainscoting and floor and wall. The art was perhaps purchased at an auction from 1983 and hanging unevenly on walls. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. Very thin walls. The king size bed had a big divet in the middle so we kept rolling in the middle. Definitely will not be returning, but the staff was very nice.

dated hotel, bed was lumpy and sagged in middle, sheets felt like sandpaper, towels were dollar store quality and all mismatched. is pet friendly but not in a good area homeless people other side of parking lot with huge stack of junk.

Please don't advertise an airport shuttle if you do not offer one.

The lobby looked new and updated. And the staff answered the phone right away.

Shower didn’t work when I first got there. Had a towel with stains on it. There was a used wash cloth in the shower and one of the towels also felt damp. I also pre paid through booking.com but apparently the virtual card booking gave the hotel didn’t work. And instead of the hotel informing me, they double charged my card for incidentals and the room. Over the weekend the hotel (not including what I paid through booking) charged my account $660. I’ve got the refunds now, but still during the weekend I was there I did not have the money I planned on for my plans for my visit.
