Comfort Inn Acworth - Kennesaw Northwest

Avoid this hotel. After checking in, 2 hours later, they called to say the credit card i swiped didn't post in their system. Payment was pending on my credit card. Their solution, bill me twice, now I have to time and energy to fix their problem.

Location was perfect for us. Comfortable.

Bathroom was very poorly set up. Shower was slippery with no handholds for safety. No place to hang towels. No shampoo provided. Television reception was poor to non-existent.

Property has obviously been recently updated. Location was close to my destination.

Door to exit stairs was missing the latch plate. Housekeeping staff folded linens in common area, specifically, staking clean linens on dining tables. Some room doors could be unlocked by sliding thin plastic card into door frame to trip lock. F Room doors extremely loud when closing. Pool was not accessible due to waiting for health department inspection. Breakfast options were always the same

That the jacuzzi/whirlpool tub DID NOT WORK which was the whole reason for the room!!!!!

Hotel Is Old, Not in Great Shape….Halls Smelled Some, Pool area was Under Construction so couldn’t Use It…Beds were not Comfortable….Breakfast was Decent…For a Quick stay it’s doe-able, would not recommend for anymore than 1-2 Nights

This place smell bad and it was run down and the women was on the phone with her friend and we had to wait until she was done

Pool wasn't open not friendly and ac barely worked just horrible I really wish I could get some reimbursement but I know that's not gonna happen
