Very good location, in between the Tucson mountains and downtown, convenient to the highway and major roads. Good value for the money. Otherwise nothing too special, typical motel, bed was fine, mini-fridge was helpful, TV was a bit broken. Would not recommend a long stay there if you have money to stay somewhere else. Tucson has quite a homelessness problem, and you can see some very sketchy characters passing through the area, but the property itself seemed OK for the most part.

There was no free breakfast at the location, but it was within walking distance to the Waffle House, which is one Arizona's finest and most affordable American-style breakfast restaurants. I really enjoyed the breakfast, but it was overpriced for what it was.

This Super 8 was located too far from the University of Arizona or the Tucson convention center if the truth be known. It was an old two-story complex without an elevator in a was dark and foreboding area, on the edge of the Arizona desert. There was traffic noise all night, and was too expensive for a Super 8 Motel, which tend to be quite affordable in other regions of the country.

Staff was nice. Yet windows were dirty. Room did have some newly remodled aspects.

I booked this property on Booking.com. I arrived to find this hotel is in an undesirable location. Appears to have lots of transients and possible illegal drug activity. The parking lot has poor lighting. I did not feel safe staying there or parking my car in their lot. I notified the front desk clerk that I wanted to cancel my reservation because I feared for my personal and property safety. I was told that I needed to notify Booking.com as she could not refund my money. I have tried reaching out to Management at this Hotel to no avail. The photos on Booking.com do not adequately represent what you see when you arrive to this crack hotel. I DID NOT STAY THERE, but they sure charged my credit card for a room that I did not occupy! Pretty crappy business practices!
