Days Inn by Wyndham Columbia Mall

Room was clean and Comfortable Staff were very nice and Helpfull. Experence was Excellent Great place to stay

We stayed 2 night and it was quiet, clean and close to shopping.

We were able to check in early.....but the bed was shot!

The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful, but the hotel was just okay. When we checked into our room, the doorknob would only unlock if you went up, not down. The sheets were stained, but the rest of the room was clean. I went to the front desk to get a new sheet to replace the stained one, and the front desk person immediately apologized and offered to move us rooms. We checked the other bed and the rest of the room, and it was clean, so that wasn't necessary. The bathroom was clean for the most part, just a few things like a few random hairs in the tub, but you could tell it was cleaned, just this was overlooked. There is very little soundproofing/insulation between floors and rooms - we could hear kids talking/being kids clearly until almost midnight (no need to contact anyone, they were just being kids and not ridiculous), and could hear the people walking around their room upstairs at 4am. I think they are starting to update rooms, but our room was not one of them. The tub and fixtures are old and show some wear, the cooling system is loud, but like I said, it was clean. The bed was comfortable and helped to try to get a good night's sleep.

Room was nice. Close to where we had to go. Parking was conveinent. Nice pool. Great breakfast. Staff very freindly. Places to eat were walking distance.

The smell of strong mold and The sheets felt very damp had a hard time sleeping because of it
