The Westin St Thomas Beach Resort & Spa

Beautiful property however it is poorly maintained and understaffed. The property itself requires more TLC the elevator in building 3 on the first floor has an active water leak and the wall itself has a lot of water damage. That started my initial concern and I started to notice more details, the hallways are not well kept. The lights in the dining room flicker, there was glass on the floor from the night before I can go on and on. I felt like the staff was being overworked and unable to provide a more personal experience due to lack of manpower. I saw the prior reviews and decided to take a chance, unfortunately the cost did not reflect the experience.

Very clean, beautiful hotel with beautiful scenery, majority of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The gym was big, there’s free washer and dryer.

For breakfast each day I was there they kept forgetting to bring certain food we ordered out and even made the mistake and tried to give us another tables food. It happened each morning they really need to pay more attention when taking food orders. There was no iron just a steamer. I guess it works but I prefer a iron to really press my clothes for dinner nights.

Everything and everyone was lovely. The only thing that was ok is the food. If they add a fine dining restaurant, it would be perfect. Also, better food choice. However, downtown has some great places to eat!

The hotel is beautiful. The pool areas are spacious and the swim up pool bar was my favorite. The views was nice. It has free washer and dryer which is perfect because my wife washed out clothes before leaving. It has a big clean gym and water sports you can do. You can also take the shuttle to the sister hotel and access their beach which is beautiful. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at since I been traveling.

Breakfast. The food was just okay, on the second day the waitress forgot to bring a few food items to our table and when I requested my bread to be more toasted they never brung it back out. They also messed up on other guest breakfast as well so weren’t the only one. Stray cats

Unsafe, super expensive very bad experience Plus no one informed me that could happen I got bitten by sand fleas on the beach
