The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was dark, not much lighting. The floors were dirty. The bedding was soiled, the shower had black mold on the ceiling, the vent in the bathroom was packed full. And needs cleaned out. The hairdryer did not work. The hotel had lots of litter outside the rooms. It looks like a place where a lot of people may live . There are Vehicles in parking lot that look broke down and covered with tarrps. The breakfast area had chairs with the seats all torn up. It looks like the employees use the breakfast area as their break room..

The smell of Marijuna, being able to see the hallway through the door jam, many cracks in the side walks, not good signage of where the front entrance is, bed made a loud metal noise when getting in and out and no carrpeting on the room floors

The view the Des Moines, Iowa is beautiful

It was dirty. When we got to our room the door wasn't shut completely. The room was very hot and took a long time to cool down. The cops were constantly driving through the parking lot.

Breakfast was a joke!!! Toast and cereal were only options. ...no fruit no eggs nothin

The exit door was right next to my room and not only did customer go in and out slamming door behind them all night but so did the staff even after telling them hey this slams and wakes me up ...will never stay there again !!!

Breakfast was VERY poor. Would not call it a continental breakfast. No Pool Just over all not an updated motel. Would NOT recommend it.

The breakfast made me sick and there was no phone I the room also the shower needed repairs
