"I'll be back. Not as polished as some more expensive hotels. My new go-to place when in Des Moines."

Room was very clean, and it was better than expected. The hotel staff were great. Very understanding and patient, since I am very hard-of-hearing.

The hotel needs to start room-by-room and fix little details of the room. It's all very small cosmetic things, but it is noticeable. Whoever they hired to do the work was sloppy with details.

No inroom coffee pot, no drawers in the room and only 2 hooks to hang clothes. No hair dryer and the room was dark.
