Our flight was delayed 24 hours. The staff was extremely accommodating and worked with us. Everyone was so pleasant. The food at Lolita’s was wonderful. Our room was in a great location and we loved the view.

"GREAT location in Key west, all the amenities our family needed!"

The location was excellent, the parking is very easy as is Uber, and it is walking distance to everything. The gym is well-equipped and well-located next to the pool. The food is excellent for all meals!

The place could use a little refresh in the building with the pool; there is old carpet, etc. The rooms were nice, but also slightly dated. Also, the fact that the cruise ship blocks the oceanfront view for the entire day every day was a surprise, especially for the price. Also, there was HORRIBLE Christmas music playing all day.
