We wrote for over a month before arriving, because we alrady did not trust your customer response, to put our family on a high floor and close together. We upgraded to your pathetic "ocean" view, which is a cruise ship. When we arrived, we literally were on a lower floor and our children were as far as they could be from our room. When I complained and asked to speak to the GM, they never called us. Half way through an operations person called us. I said I wanted the GM, not response. This is first, false advertising, like Delta you will be held responsible. You could have handled this on site and instead now it will be handled legally.

Great location plus front desk was very accommodating and was told about cruise ships that can block your oceanfront view our marina view was great

Clean, close to everything but still tucked away

Prime location, comfortable beds, great views, rooftop bar.

Motel style room air conditioner roaring away and blowing hot air and noise right onto the balcony. Sliding bathroom door ill-fitting, zero privacy. No elevator in parking garage. Unable to get check at rooftop bar, waited more than thirty minutes despite repeated requests.

If you want to stay in the heart of Key West, this is a great location to be able to walk anywhere. The facility is very nice, with a nice pool.

Expensive

The property looked very updated and clean. It’s in a very good location.

If I had to pick one thing, I guess it would be the cruise ships coming in, but we can’t change that and I still love to stay there
