The best hotel I've stayed in, service is 10/10, the facility is stunning. Everything you could imagine has been thought of. Amazing

This resort has it all--decor, landscaping, service. Like much of Palm Springs, the Parker leans into the mid-century modern aesthetic, but it doesn't go so far as to feel overdone and kitschy. The grounds are thoughtfully landscaped and provide quiet, shaded nooks to escape the heat as well as open spaces to soak up the sun. I, especially, liked the indoor and outdoor fireplaces/pits. Across the board, service was friendly and professional.

Yuck. The room was terrible and terribly overpriced. A 2 star motel-level experience. They charged over $3,000 for the night for a "villa" complete with all sorts of paint issues, marks on the wall, a dirty sink, bunched up buckling carpet, a sofa that smelled foul, a loud frequently cycling AC, and AC vents that looked like they've never been cleaned. On top of this, they had a huge wedding party booked this evening with loud music continuing beyond midnight. The front desk lady didn't know where the villa was located so she had to ask someone who also didn't know where it was and who got lost leading us to it. The property is huge and sprawling, with dirt paths everywhere, like a maze. I would market this at a low-end motel. I won't be back.

We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding weekend at Parker Palm Springs! From the very beginning, Randy and Samantha were an absolute dream to work with—professional, responsive, and so thoughtful every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from our first venue walk-through to the tasting and the big weekend itself. Every detail felt intentional, and they always found ways to surprise us with little touches that made us feel extra special. The Parker’s unique atmosphere and impeccable service created the perfect backdrop for our celebration, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the experience. We’re so grateful to Randy, Samantha, and the entire team for helping us create a weekend we’ll never forget.

The Parker Palm Springs nails playful desert luxury every time. Mornings start at Norma’s (smoothie of the day, add rum — trust me) with their eggs benny and sunny vibes. Poolside rooms are the move — it feels private but with five-star service on standby. The spa is a standout: cucumber-vodka shot on arrival, chic nautical design, and an indoor pool that’s equally perfect mid-summer or on a rare rainy day. Amenities include clay tennis courts, new pickleball courts, a world-class spa, and three restaurants that keep the energy fun yet elevated. Evenings mean martinis at the Mini Bar, dinner at Mister Parker’s (yes, dress up), and the bone-marrow candle you’ll never forget. If you know, you know — end with the foie gras macarons at Counter Reformation. As the owner of a luxury travel firm, I love sending clients here. Effortless, iconic, and exactly how Palm Springs should feel. ✨

Front desk management was awful, slow and not accommodating. Took forever to respond back with simple requests. Found Alexis (front desk manager) very condescending and not welcoming. Very transactional and not a good first or last impression. There are some great people that work there. Ray at the pool, Jose and Vanessa at normas’s, Daniel and all the bellman are great— the nicest people on property! Villa was great, double room was not (elevator broken and more like a motel room). Property is gorgeous but rooms no longer worth the price.

The Hotel is beautiful, the staff and service I give 3 stars, the restaurant is beautiful but food not good at all!

At a moment when most boutique hotels are bland and without distinctive style, it’s nice to come to the Parker. The Jonathan Adler interiors are highly opinionated and still hold up from a design perspective. The grounds are beautiful and provide great protection from the heat. As Palm Springs hotels go it’s definitely the most stylish and true to Palm Springs form. Is it on par with true luxury resorts? No - but those luxury resorts rarely have the confident style or history.
