Parker Palm Springs

There was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The rooms were lovely and the staff were very friendly. The on-site dining experience excellent. We enjoyed our food and ate dinner each night there.

Parker is my favorite place to stay in Palm Springs. A wonderful getaway!

This would be an “excellent” rating except for the $45/daily parking fee (in a suburban area) and the $50/daily facilities fee. An extra $200+ (there are taxes on top of the fees) for a 2 night stay is not a great look. Hotel did remove facilities charges when questioned about them, since I was there on business and didn’t use pool or gym or spa. Otherwise, hotel is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ resort.

This honestly wasn’t that bad of an experience until I realized I never got my deposit back from this place called multiple times and they said oh it got released when you checked out and my bank said nothing was pending from them so went from 197 to 320 each night on a weekday complete ripofff and waste of money

We we’re looking forward to coming back to the park as it’s been a couple years since my wife and I have visited. Although it was near Memorial Day and oh so hot we still thoroughly enjoyed our visit. And once again I cannot say enough about their concierge, Chris. He remembered us from two years ago and actually remember the name of our dog and asked how the dog was doing. I was stunned and pleasantly surprised at this guest service, professional and remembering us. He of course gave us great recommendations and a hike which we will do one of these days, but it was too darn hot outside the day we were supposed to take care of it. We love Norma’s for breakfast.

Parker took us in after our first choice was sold out. Great hotel. Love walking around the grounds. Great pool great service. Have dinner at Mr Parker while staying there

Poorly maintained. Insufficient staff. Poor food. Pretending to be 5* but failing on many counts. Needs to try harder and invest in facility and furnishing upgrades.
