Cheap price and easy access to the highway so I can get to work easier

You could tell that it was not swept properly in the room all around the nightstand in the bed had like crumbs and it was just kind of gross and then the blankets had burn holes and rips in them and I don't know it just I guess for the price it was okay but I feel like it could be a lot better andtiwas definitely cheap

"I left and found a new hotel.was not given a refund."

As soon as I walked up the stairs the hallway smelt very bad. The room was stinky and the carpet probably hasn’t been cleaned properly in years.

Everything. There were no amenities. No fridge, microwave, coffee machine. The pillows were just thrown on the bed.

It’s was overly dirty & a lot of stuff was broken, we asked if the pool was open and it was not, we were in the room for 10 minutes maybe and left. They would not refund us either.

I thought the price was good.The guy Rick at the front desk was very helpful and understanding and tried to do his best to accommodate my needs.

How they kept my deposit when I was an hr late checking out due to my job but I did in fact call. The lady working the morning shift was rude and disrespectful and charged me for a pet deposit tht I did in fact check the boxs yes when I booked the room not my fault I wasnt asked that same question when I got booked in I thought I already answered tht.
