The value was impeccable

The A/C was making a TON of noise all night

The staff was kind.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty and when you spoke to the staff about it they said it wasn't their standard, but people were leaving and refusing to stay there because of how dirty it was. I filed a report with the health department because of how dirty it was. Also one of the owners was telling a different patron that they were going to open the pool despite the state of Kansas's recommendations not to. He specifically said" as soon as the lawyer say we can, we will."

The staff were friendly. It was right by several places to eat.

The floors in the rooms were dirty. I had to ask them to clean the floor in my room which they did do. Another lady staying there went and bought her own cleaning supplies to clean the room with. The tiles in the bathroom were loose and the floor in the bathroom felt like it could fall through. Hot water was hit and miss. And the pool was shut down by the health inspector.

I like the comfort of the beds and the staff were awesome

The room was dirty, the pool was closed, there was a water leak from our room to the room below us. The TV control didn't work and there were no buttons on the TV.

Absolutely nothing. Actually, I did enjoy leaving knowing I'll never have to return.

It'd be so much easier to list the things I did like but okay here goes... Me, my husband, our 9 yr old daughter, and our dog fell victim to the 2 nights I booked in the "double queen bed room". Mainly since they had an indoor pool to keep my daughter entertained but apparently it had been closed "due to maintenance". Within the first 5 minutes of walking in the room we found out the lights in the bathroom did not work, the toilet wouldn't stop running (extremely loudly at that), and a huge cockroach came running out of the electrical outlet when I pressed the buttons on it. The shower/bathtub/sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, the microwave was absolutely disgusting, and the beds were definitely full size. We got moved to a different room where the main light was burnt out, the TV didn't work the entire time and by night 2 the toilet would no longer flush, the ice machine was "out of order" and come to find out the "free breakfast" was completely non-existent. By this time we were so tired of hunting down the lady who was supposed to work at the front desk (but was NEVER at it) to complain that we just had to deal with it. I can honestly say this was by far the WORST experience I've EVER had with a hotel. There's so much more but I'm tired of writing and gotta get TF outta here.
