Il Palazzo Boutique Apartments

Fantastic location right next to the Cairns Night Markets. Because it's an apartment hotel, the front desk isn't staffed 24 hours, but from our experience they were very reachable and attentive by phone even when the desk wasn't staffed. We arrived on a late flight and had no problem getting checked in despite the hour.

Fabulous central location. Had all the facilities we needed. Comfortable and clean. Friendly and obliging staff.

A really great place to stay! Staff were very friendly and the facilities like the pool were great. Walking distance to lagoon, night markets, reef terminal.. pretty much everywhere! Likely recommend to family and friends :)

Fabulous location, apartment exactly as advertised. Standard apartment showing a little wear and tear but to be expected for its age. Clean and comfortable and exactly as shown on the website. Great value for the location and size of the apartment.

Room was clean but smelly

We had ants in the kitchen and the bathroom. We had a problen with trying to turn the air conditioner down. The tv didn't work properly and the hotel staff close at 4 pm each day.

The location was absolutely perfect! We did not have the need for a car, because everything we needed was within 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment was very good, clean, lots of space, comfortable bed, adequate kitchen, well stocked. Nice sitting area with comfortable couch. View of the pool area was nice. a/c and tv worked well. Balcony was great. Bathroom was large, but a little old and it took a looooong time for the hot water to come through. You need patience when taking the lift, because it is slow...but worked well. I would happily stay there again!
