Perfect location!

Stay was fine, but AC could have been postioned better to get this cooling in the bedroom (bed) It is more in the lounge area.

The room was dirty and took 4 days to get clean no other room available then staff wanted to charge for pool towels dirty place run down when we did washing the clothes came out covered in fluff and paper no discount no nothing very poor the younger staff member was a rude pig

Neighbors were very friendly and helpful during our check in, as we arrived after hours. It was raining and two different people came by to assist. Location is excellent! Great restaurants nearby and next to the night markets. Very clean, bed comfortable and so nice to have kitchen facilities.

Great stay while the weather was crust. The check in and reception times in the weekend are a bit limited but you get your own space and it’s great. I will bring the family back next time

Easy access to shops

Great location. Only air conditioning was in living room- bedroom was HOT.

Fabulous location with a quick walk to shops and Esplanade. Building is a little old and stuck in the 90s but the staff are very welcoming and the rooms/ pool clean.

We had a comfortable stay and we would come back again next time when we visit Cairns . However, it would have been much easier to arrive when the front desk is open, not when the office is closed. The lack of having a ceiling fan in the bedroom and an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be appreciated next time.

The room was well organised, neat and tidy. Building just showed its age.
