Coconuts Beach Club Resort and Spa

The location and outdoor experience with spectacular views, comfortable outdoor/pool furniture, private beach and the relaxed environment were wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and shower so refreshing. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and always happy to assist. The dinner we had there was delicious and wonderfully served, and we thoroughly enjoyed the Fira show. Thank you.

We travel a lot, so notice small but subtle things. In a 4.5* rated resort, you should be able to have fruit AND fruit juice for breakfast as part of the deal. We had been given two separate continental breakfast menu sheets, the latter had been altered to say fruit OR juice. Also, the same offer of a plate of toast or a croissant, a banana muffin and small slithers of fruit every morning of our stay doesn't really constitute a true continental 4.5* breakfast. This, plus a lacking supply of toiletries in an expensive room, seemed like ways to cut overheads to us .. having said all this, the complimentary cocktail upon arrival was a lovely gesture. Thank you.

The included breakfast was awful. A ‘continental’ breakfast that consisted of toast, one of two spreads , oR a croissant and a muffin. Not any where near the atandard for what you pay.

Great place to relax and do nothing if that’s what you’re looking for.

Accommodation was paid in full 5 months prior to stay only to find out that I had to pay more at check out due to currency chances. This was American owned greed. Having to pay $77 US per night for a child to stay in our room when there was no bed and only a sofa was discussing. This should have been free like other places in the world. Room housekeeping couldn’t get the basics right by forgetting to give us bath towels and toilet paper. No kids club so nothing for kids to do but swim as there is no TV.

Loved it was right on the waters edge. The staff was very pleasant and assisted in anyway possible. Massage girls good fun. Wished the Manager had introduced himself as that, rather than just chatting in incognito and appearing to be just another guest. The rooms were incredible and all had their own character and price per night, no doubt.

Beautiful spot. Thought it was a little over priced for what you got.
