Breakfast is very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is the best as it is connecting to TP mall. I was very happy with the service. I want to specifically say thank you to the concierge staff who helped me to take the cake I ordered in very last minute from DORE Patisseries at TP Mall. I forgot that I have to buy Birthday cake for someone special so I ordered the cake in a very last minute (around 9.30PM).

Huge thank you to Mas Joko and Mbak Cindy, you both made my day extra memorable. You were so kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. It didnā€™t feel like just service, it felt personal and heartfelt, and I truly appreciate that. Also, shoutout to all the staff who were incredibly warm and welcoming. Being surrounded by such lovely people made my birthday even more joyful than I expected. I left with a full heart and big smile.
