We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect—the rooms, the atmosphere, and especially the staff, who were all so kind and attentive. The location was a huge plus, as we were able to walk to several nearby attractions. It truly made our trip to San Antonio even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The only downside was one of the valet attendants, who came across as a bit rude. And there was no biscuits and gravy.

Everything was great expect one thing

What me and my family didnt like was that once we got in the elevator from the lobby to go to our floor 2 girls came out of no where jumped in the elevator and im guessing they were a couple and they start touching each other infront of my family including kids.. Dont have nothing against same gender couples but doing it infront of kids thats just not right.

"Riverwalk Sightseeing trip"

Stayed 4 days at Homewood Suites/ Riverwalk. Staff is exceptional. Very friendly and helpful, especially Sonya at the desk! Breakfast was very good with different choices each day. View at night from the rooftop pool is amazing. One downside to our stay was the sour smell in the room. Maintenance did come and spray the room but that only killed the smell for about an hour.
