We loved Sonia. She checked us in and gave us all the important info that we needed. She was so positive, warm and friendly. She made us feel so welcome. Sonia also helped us get tickets for the river boat. Everytime we needed something she always remembered who we were and took care of us. For example, she took good care of our luggage when we checked in and when we needed to leave the luggage there due to a later plane flight.
