No contaba con desayuno incluído, traslado al aeropuerto, ni con servicio de custodia de equipaje pagado (todo esto ofrecido al momento de reservar). Tampoco tenía carro para llevar maletas a la habitación.

No breakfast available. Location was primarily 1 of reasons for choosing this property

The room had NO carpet or rugs on floor. Bathroom had 1 mini bar of soap. Did not use bathtub. Stopper not in drain. Afraid to stand or sit in tub. Appeared not clean. Toilet so low, feels like sitting on floor. Property needs complete overhaul and updated.

Rooms smelled, first room the walls was falling apart, second room the heater didnt work and it was very cold and it smelled very old. I reserved this room because because it said breakfast was included. No breakfast here.

I didn’t like anything.

It seems to house homelessness and it made my family very uncomfortable. Also we paid for breakfast to be included but they do t have a restaurant.
