Ramada by Wyndham Hawthorne/LAX

It was a horrible, unsafe place; the whole place smelled of marijuana. It was inhabited by drug users; the rooms smelled musty, and the stairs and balconies were dirty and covered in pigeon droppings. The parking areas and other spaces were occupied by people smoking. We couldn't sleep and felt unsafe. Horroroso un lugar inseguro, todo el lugar olía a marihuana , lo habitan personas drogadas , los cuartos olían a humedad, las escalera y los balcones sucias y con races de palomas , las áreas de parqueaderos y otras lo ocupaba personas que fumaban no fuimos capaces de dormir nos sentimos inseguros

The system was down so we had to wait to check in. The garage gate didn't work properly you had to bang on the side of the key pad multiple times. The room didn't smell fresh and the facility wasn't well kept. The trash can was full on every floor the 2 days I was there. Never received breakfast during my stay. Parking spaces were very close.

Check out was early

There were roaches in the bathroom, black mold in the bathroom, no coffee pot, no lamp shades, they do not do breakfast any more but don't tell you that until after you post. No wifi no tv.

Bathroom tile floors were cracked though I was going to slice my feet open! The bathtub drain was broken the plug would leak faster than the tub could fill! The shower didn't properly work! There was no bar !there was no restaurant! there was no continental breakfast! One of the two elevators were broken the other elevator took 40 minutes with the homeless that lived in the Ramada going up and down on it all the time! Yes the Homeless Living in the Ramada! No 9:00 AM Early Check in! Got Checked In at 12:30 PM and still wrongfully Charge $39 for early check in ! No Ice Machine on my Floor!

there was homeless people in the second parking lot floor just hanging out the whole parking lot smells like piss there’s roaches in the room unsanitary and mold on walls should really be investigated

Nada, es un hotel viejo y en pésimo estado no coincide con las fotos de booking

El manager es conciente del mal estado y de la público en booking que incluye el desayuno lo cual no es cierto porque el restaurante lleva cerrado 1 año.

The carpet was so dirty walls had old nasty wallpaper on it that smelled really bad and needed replacement flys on every floor near the elevators ice machine didn't work on the 2nd floor had to get it from the 4th floor They have a $10 per car per night parking fee there were bullets on the floor in both elevators don't stay here...
