Graduate by Hilton Annapolis

Beds were comfortable Shower was good & strong Location was great walking distance to shopping & waterfront We booked a non atrium view room but got one anyway. Not happy-no real sunlight in our room Cute navy academy decore but Carpet had big hole in entry way. Shabby looking for paying almost $700 a night! & bathroom had no working fan. Shower steamed up whole room. Parking attendant when we arrived was the best. Didn’t like the parking app. Too impersonal Breakfast choices were few & was like ordering at a cafeteria. Not good so We ate elsewhere

Staff was outstanding!

The location was great and the parking access.

The styling was very garish. The windows didn't open and the air conditioning smelt musty when blowing. The staff were ok but not the normal super helpful we have noticed everywhere else.

Clean room, but not very soundproof we could hear everything in the attached room. A dog the first night conversations and the second night people having relations and talking. We could hear complete conversations. Had to keep the tv on to drown out noise.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable.

The room had 2 TV's and both did not work. The person who came to fix the issue looked at the TV and went to obtain some new cables but never returned. The room had 2 HVAC units. One did not function. The other had the air outlet positioned so that it would blow directly on the head of the bed thereby creating discomfort for a sleeping person. No mat in the tub thereby creating a potential hazard when showering. The bifold closet doors were not properly adjusted and therefore difficult to operate. The phone was from a bygone era and no instructions included.

Parking, bar, breakfest.

Check in. I repeatedly asked for my Hilton Honors bag and the clerk gave me a deer in the headlights look.

Spacious room, very clean and comfortable lots of eclectic nautical furniture. We did not have breakfast. Easy parking in and out right in the heart of restaurants, & bars and a short walk to the harbor.

Everything was just fantastic. Great service. Beautiful rooms and fine restaurants.

Very rude waitress at restaurant, very aloof and disinterested food and beverage manager. No compensation for disrespect and uncomfortable situation in restaurant. Otherwise, very comfortable room and pleasant front desk staff and valet.
