Hilton Boston Park Plaza

Stay at Hilton Park Plaza frequent, to which recommend most highly. Whether it’s holiday flare, full stocked basement gym affiliation, friendly staff (Devon being a great help, this visit!), or intricate design that’s always well lit? Among favorite Hilton’s, as a seasoned business travel. Glad to give the extra spotlight :-)

It is my first time to stay at this hotel. Pros: 1. The hotel has a great location! It is convenient to go shopping, downtown, Boston Common and subways. 2. Staff members are nice. I didn’t have bottled water at my room and I talked to Ranjan. He brought me not only water but also a kettle right away. 3. The elevators can sense my digital key so I can just punch my floor number without scanning my key at the elevator. Cons: 1. Hotel is an old building and the room is small. 2. There is a high destination fee and the credit from the fee can only be used at the one and only restaurant. When I used it, the credit didn’t show up on my bill even I shared my concerns with the front desk. Please check the hotel statement to ensure its accuracy. I did get my correct statement after I called the hotel again.

Needed an extra bed and had some miscommunication with the front desk about which room to deliver to. Ranjan brought the bed and got on the phone to straighten any billing issues out right away. Phenomenal service!

Para la maraton de Boston, es el mejor hospedaje, esta a metros de todo, parque para entrenar, punto de encuentro para tomar el autobús que te llevan a la largada, metros de la llegada, del lugar para el retiro del kit. Personal muy amables. Desayuno muy saludable, exquisito el budín o pan de banana (no se como lo llaman ahi) que elaboran. Las habitaciones estan bien en tamaño. Facil de llegar desde el aeropuerto al hotel en transporte publico. El hotel esta en una zona muy privilegiada, a una cuadra del Public Garden, Boston Common, a 2 cuadras del rio Charles, a metros de Beacon Hill, es de película. Totalmente recomendado !!!

My recent stay at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza was exceptional from beginning to end. The location could not have been more convenient — easily accessible to everything I needed during my time in Boston. The breakfast buffet each morning was spectacular, and Mr. Wing took wonderful care of me every day with warmth and professionalism that truly set the tone for the mornings. Before I even arrived at the hotel, I had a travel mishap on the train to Boston when another passenger accidentally spilled a Starbucks Frappuccino onto my garment bag while I was checking its contents. Although the bag itself was waterproof, several of my shirts were stained while I had it open. Ranjan from Guest Services immediately stepped in, helped organize everything into a laundry bag, provided me the form, and arranged to have my clothes cleaned before my Tuesday interview. By the time I returned Monday evening from the barber, everything was professionally cleaned and hanging in my closet in time for my major presentation on Tuesday. That level of responsiveness and care meant a great deal to me. At checkout, Jennifer G. at the front desk was equally outstanding. I needed my folio cleaned up and reorganized so I could submit it properly for reimbursement to my host university. She patiently worked through every detail and provided me with a perfectly organized final folio exactly as required. That kind of customer service is increasingly rare. As a stroke patient staying in an ADA-accessible room, I also deeply appreciated how accommodating and attentive the hotel staff were throughout my stay. Every accommodation I needed was thoughtfully handled. Housekeeping consistently went above and beyond, keeping the room immaculate and comfortable every day. The amenities — including the excellent Lynx Fitness Club next door — were truly out of this world. I was there each morning before breakfast. The next time I return to Boston, I will absolutely return to this hotel and its warm hospitality. Highly recommended.
