I met Ranjan upon my arrival , Ranjan was honestly one of the best parts of my stay. So warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. You can really feel that he cares about the guests and wants them to feel comfortable. Thank you, Ranjan, for making my stay truly feel like home and warmth.

We had the privilege of staying at the Hilton Park Plaza from April 24-27 for a family wedding. During that time, we found the service to be impeccable, attentive and incredibly friendly. Annie Davidson, housekeeping manager, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Singh at reception went above and beyond. The hotel is ideally situated and we were able to walk to everything. We look forward to our next visit to Boston!

We spent three nights at this wonderful Boston hotel. We enjoyed the location, the cleanliness of the hotel and especially the service. We were impressed by the food and those who served us. I would like to give a shout out to Isabella and Jenny at the restaurant who were not only welcoming but knew the menu very well and recommended items we really enjoyed. Ranjan was very courtius and helpfull during our stay. He brought up an estra bed and helped us with a smile and made us feel at home. Excellent employee!

Olvon was extremely efficient, directed us in booking the room and was patient while we did so. She also provided water during the wait and helped us get a very good room.

I only needed to stay one night, so I reserved a “wicked small” room. The bedroom was about what I expected but what offended me most was actually how small the bathroom was. I have lived in many NYC apartments and I’ve never seen one this small. I am short and could barely fit into the shower; good luck to anyone who is of average height. It also had the absolute dimmest lighting imaginable and I had to turn on the hall light to supplement. Otherwise, the room had all the regular amenities: chair, side tables, luggage rack, ironing board, safe. No dresser for clothes, only a tiny closet, and no fridge. Fine for an overnight stay but this room will NOT accommodate more than one person.
