המיקום מצוין, קרוב להרבה אטרקציות ברגל. הצוות נעים ונחמד בזכותו השהייה הייתה מעט יותר טובה.

מלון ישן מאוד, מקלחת ושירותים לא מתוחזקים, ישנים, מלוכלכים, קטנים. אין כמעט זרם באמבטיה, אין בחדרים מקלחון , אמבטיה כמו פעם. אין שפורפרת יד למקלחת, רק שפורפרת תלויה. חיכינו מעל חצי שעה לשירות המזוודות, למרות 4 שיחות שביצענו לדלפק הקבלה . אין שירות הזמנת טקסי במלון, היינו צריכים להזמין אובר.

I travel for work every week... Staying at the Hilton Park Plaza is like home! I have been coming for years! The front desk staff Sean, Yab's, Linda, Marco, Unique are amazing! So kind and knowledgeable, anything you ask about in Boston they can answer! Every time they see me they treat me like a VIP and I really appreciate it! Who ever hired these individuals did a great job hiring the professionals!
