We needed an extra bed, pillows and towels. Ranjan was attentive, quick and extremely friendly. Thank you for a nice experience

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza with our two young children, and I wanted to recognize the incredible staff for making our trip so memorable. Traveling with young kids can be challenging, but the team consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. While I want to specifically recognize Laurice, Suhaila, and Ranjan, there were so many other staff members who showed us kindness throughout our stay, and I regret that I wasn’t able to catch all of their names. Laurice noticed me walking around the hotel with my 2-year-old to help keep him entertained. He struck up a friendly conversation, shared stories about his own young child, and genuinely connected with our family. To our surprise, he later arranged for a special gift tray to be delivered to our room with fresh fruit, stuffed dinosaur toys, and a children’s book about Boston. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us. Suhaila at the front desk was equally amazing. She noticed me walking around the lobby with my son and took the time to engage with him, giving him bubbles to play with and making him feel special. She also went out of her way to find cookies for both him and his sister. Her kindness and attention to detail turned simple moments into memorable ones for our family. I’d also like to recognize Ranjan, who helped us several times during our stay. Whenever we requested additional items for our room, he delivered them promptly, always with a friendly attitude and a genuine desire to help. What stood out most was that he never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him, even when we needed multiple things. He consistently made sure we had everything we needed and helped make our stay more comfortable. What impressed me most was that these gestures weren’t part of anyone’s job description. They were genuine acts of kindness from people who care about their guests. In an industry where it’s easy to feel like just another reservation number, the staff at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza treated us like people. As parents traveling with young children, that level of thoughtfulness is invaluable. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Laurice, Suhaila, and Ranjan were wonderful examples of the culture created by the team here, but they were far from the only ones who made a positive impact on our stay. To everyone who helped our family, whether we caught your name or not, thank you for helping make our trip to Boston such a positive and memorable experience.

Great stay. Warm greeting at reception from Heidi. Got a really nice room. Compared notes on World Cup. Go, Cape Verde! Love the Lynx Gym, too.

Our amazing experience started with Prekash helping with our luggage. He was helpful and made us feel welcome. Then Begolli took wonderful care of us in the restaurant. But probably our favorite person in the hotel was Samia. We felt like this was her home and we were family. Each day she took care of us. Asked us what we needed. Made this city so warm. Then for breakfast, Stephania was so kind and even wet out of her way too bring a piece of birthday cake to my husband. Just wonderful. Then the next day at breakfast, Wing kept our coffee and juice full. Very attentive. Even brought us coffee to go. Devon helped us with a mechanical issue with the window shade. The BEST staff. Made all the difference.

Very expensive for what was a very dated room which badly needs upgrading with drawers that didn’t shut properly, poor amount of storage and not what we expected from a Hilton hotel However the staff were excellent

The location was ideal, was able to walk to our destinations. The front desk and general staff were professional and courteous.

The restaurant staff could use some more training.

- Location was wonderful! Right at the juncture of Back Bay, Boston Common/Public Garden and Downtown.. so lots of different places within easy walking distance. So many lovely breakfast options close by on Boylston Road and Newbury Street. - Arlington station is across the road, making transport to other parts of Boston very simple. - Staff were very helpful, special thanks to Suhaila at Reception! She was fantastic. - there is a Starbucks onsite! Very handy for refreshments. - lovely Bar and Lounge areas to sit and relax. I was there for the World Cup games and these were being played on the TVs for the guests to watch. - the bed was super comfy.

- quite expensive at the time of booking, although this was likely down to the fact that all hotels were much more expensive because of the World Cup being on in Boston at the same time. - some of the light fittings in the bathroom were broken but wasn’t a big deal for me.

Our arrival and check in were perfect! The hotel and property are absolutely gorgeous! From Devon at the front desk (an amazing person to welcome us), to Mr. Alex, manager from food and beverage, we were treated like friends! Could not have asked for a better first visit to Boston.
