The experience in this hotel was perfect

This place was a dump! The bathroom was gross. The shower head was an after thought. There were no safety bars, no shelves for soap, red mold in two places. Often there was no one at the front desk. There were only two tables in the breakfast area

The place is old need some updates the linens has some stains.But the location is good you can just walk and see the place.Helen Georgia is beautiful.

The hotel has an affordable rate and is a great bed and breakfast. It's in the center of the town so a lot of the main attractions are at walking distance

Room smelled like wet dog. Mattress was saggy and hard as a brick.

To start with room was suppose to be two double beds instead when we got there it was one bed and a chair. Then we were given three more room keys to see if we wanted one of those rooms instead of the one we had. One room the lights didn’t work and there was cigarette holes in the comforter. The next room the floor was not swept and had cigarette buds in the sink. The next room smelled like an ash tray so we chose to stay in the one bed. The shower was not clean and filled the floor with water when you showered.

It was a quick and easy check in. All items needed were in the room for a quick settle in for the night. Check out was quick and breakfast was available. Very polite staff.

Stayed here before. Getting a little wear and tear in the bathroom but clean and comfortable.

Good value for one night stay. We had ground floor room with a king bed.
