Ameriview Inn and Suites

Very limited breakfast choices. Pillows were bad and room looked like it hadn’t been swept had a bleach smell. Not sure how housekeeping is done, but all we had was towels, changed, and trash, taken out other than that nothing was done. Only positive is we were able to get our room early.

There was a smell in the room that made it difficult to breathe. After a while, you get used to it, I guess but it's still hard. I only stayed for the night. The service was good.

The hotel is old and needs a renovation but it's ok to stay if you just need a place to sleep.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. Our carpets in our room were freshly cleaned. Property was nice and clean. Very good customer service. I would definitely stay again.

I do not have any complaints about the property it was clean the room was nice clean and comfortable the gentleman that checked me in was super nice. I will definitely be staying there again.

The bathroom was dirty and the refrigerator had a noise.

It’s an older hotel so you hear everything!

The hotel is close and convenient to downtown Helen but the hotel needs some major remodeling. If you can get past the smell and the shower curtain had old water stains. Not to mention the toilet doesn’t work properly.

Great experience! We will definitely stay there again!
